| Final Product 
Our drinks can be prepared in three different forms:
Powder
Fluid extract together with hot air is sprayed in a high column. The falling water particles evaporate in high temperature and coffee powder remains on the bottom of the tank.
Agglomerate
Particles dried in high temperature are bond together into bigger particles called agglomerate or granules. Drink obtained in this process has the form of irregular dark-brown granules of varied size.
Lyophilisate
Natural coffee infusion is frozen at -40°C. In such low temperature the water particles included in concentrated infusion create ice crystals. In a special chamber the ice is removed from frozen crystals by evaporation in low pressure conditions. Lyophilisate is the most appreciated form of instant coffee.
